Everything you need to know about how, where and when your Daily Pharma order reaches you.

This Shipping Policy applies to all Orders placed at https://dailypharma.in/ and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Orders are fulfilled by Daily Pharma.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). We aim to pack and dispatch your Order within 1–2 business days of receiving it. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed the next business day. During launches, sale periods and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you posted.

1. Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders shipped within India Above ₹499

  • Cash on Delivery (India): a handling fee of ₹40 applies and is shown at checkout.

The exact charge for your Order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Temperature-sensitive products

Certain daily health and supplement products require temperature control to maintain efficacy. Items requiring cooling are shipped in thermal insulated packaging with ice packs and prioritized via fast-transit courier routes to ensure product safety upon delivery.

3. Estimated delivery timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote / non-metro PIN codes: up to 10 business days

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on your location and the courier.

4. Tracking your order

Once your Order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow it to your door. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view your Order status in your account.

5. Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address, PIN code and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails because the address was wrong, no one was available, or the parcel was refused, the Order may be returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a further shipping charge or process a refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable PIN codes within India. A COD handling fee of ₹40 applies and is shown at checkout before you place your Order. COD is not available on international orders.

7. Damaged or missing on arrival

We pack every Order carefully. If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or with an item missing, please do not accept a clearly damaged parcel where possible, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order number and photos and an unboxing video, which helps us resolve claims quickly. We’ll make it right under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Delays beyond our control

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by events outside our control — weather, natural events, strikes, courier disruptions, regional restrictions or public holidays. We’ll keep you updated where we can, but we cannot be held liable for such delays.
